"Spring Cleaning" & "Family Game Night"

Day 27: "Spring Cleaning~Toy Donation" & Day 28: "Family Game Night"

Day 27: We started some spring cleaning and donated a bunch of our old toys and baby items to goodwill.

I was on vacation this week, but we really didn't have any big plans to do anything. We have a lot of little (and some big) projects to get done around the house, so we decided we would get some of those projects done this week. I'm still trying to stay true to the "100 Days of Summer" motto, but this week we will be doing more things around the house.  We have lots of "spring cleaning" to get caught up on, and we have a ton of stuff to go through and get rid of. That's a big job when you're doing it for 7 people!! We got rid of clothes, baby stuff, and toys, just to name a few.  The kids had a lot of toys they didn't play with, so we decided to donate a bunch and we threw away a lot of stuff too. We're also doing some room switching, so we've been moving furniture and cleaning out rooms. Lots of work being done around the Fritch household this week...lots to do, not quite done yet, but we're getting there :) 


Day 28: We had a Family Game Night.
It was hot outside, so we decided to stay in tonight and have a family game night. We played a few board games, which is always a good time. We recommend Cranium. It's a fun game in which they have to use thier creativity and imagination (and thier cranium!), and they have to work together. It gets pretty competative in our house, and sometimes we have some fighting. With this game they have to work together and they always have a fun time, with less fighting.
